This is another LO I did for my neighbor's daughter's book. This was her 8th birthday. I used Chelle's Creations new One Year Older kit. I really love Chelle's balloons.
This was done with Chelle's Creations new At the Beach kit. I was at the Atlantic ocean beach in Connecticut about 5 years ago and I had never scrapped these pictures. I got them out and I love them with Chelle's new kit.
Another Assignment I got from Chelle was to use lyrics in a piece. I was into the Beetles that week sooooo:
This was a picture I took of Terra and Tina. They were sitting on a couch together with the sun shining on them through some blinds. I thought it was fitting picture for Here Comes the Sun! I used several of Chelle's Creations products: Ladybug Hugs kit, Hero, Fire and EMT kits, Chalked Bundle and Chalked Cards.I live this!!!
Wend of WM[Squared] Designs has a series of kits for traveling. They are called the Great Escape series. This was her newest kit in August of Alaska . So I dug out some of my pictures from the cruise we took to Alaska and created this piece.
Next I did 2 pieces for 2 babies. The first layout is for Sheila. I am doing a book for my neighbor Sheila who lost her daughter when she was just 16. She would be the same age as my two daughters both of which have children of their own now.
This next one is of Henry again and his cousin Ranon... Baby Cousins I call it! Grandpa Mike is smiling!
Both of these layouts were done as part of my CT work for WM[Squared] Designs. Wendy had designed 2 baby kits, girl and boy! I loved the neutral grey with the pale pink and blue. Oh Baby, Girl and Oh Baby, Boy...
This is my Art Journaling piece I did for the final week of the Iron Scrapper event at Scrap Orchard. Keep Calm and Find Your Anchor is the title and I decided my anchor is the Lord. I am soooo glad for this touch in my life!
It has been soooooo long since I have written in my blog and lots to post. I have several LO's that I have finished and not posted as well as some art journaling pieces. I am not sure I will get these in order but here goes!

This is Henry and his new froggie! He is such a cute baby! As a member of Chelle's Creations Creative Team I get monthly assignments. I really enjoy trying new things. One of the other members of the CT team offered a tut on cartoon posterizing photos. This was my first try and I really like how it turned out. I like the stacked photos too. I used Chelle's Creations Play and Grow kit, her Chalked Bundle and her Chalked Insta Cards. Love how they all worked together! This was finished mid July.

WM[Squared] Designs has a new template set out called Lots of Photos 2. I really love it as there are events I have stacks of photos for. This was one of the events on our Albuquerque trip in May. Mike's grip about scrapbooking is that there aren't enough pictures on a layout. this one has plenty!!! I also used her The Little Things kit. Great colors!!!

As a member of Chelle's Creations Creative team we will sometimes get a challenge assignment to scrap. This month I got asked to do a layout on What If... I had brain freeze for several days but when it thawed it just flowed! I used three of Chelle's kits: Carrot Patch, Happily Ever After and Tea for Two. I was really pleased with the end result!

Hug A Tree!

This was another pictures of Riley but Mike took this one! I actually got to be in a few that day. We needed to how just how large those trees were there by the beach in that Seattle suburb! It was really a fun day!
I haven't been keeping up too well with this blog. I have LO's of my kittens when they were little. I have several LO's of Luke's baby blessing. I best load them on here. I will see what I can do this week. Several are posted... I just checked it out!

Brothers

These are my"kittens". They are almost a year old and they are sooo big! I wanted to make a layout using Chelle's Creations' new kit called Berry Berry Blue. I think is worked well for this!

RILEY

Last year we went to Seattle to be a part of Luke's son's blessing. After the most of the family left several of us went to the beach. I took lots of pictures and the the most photogenic was Mike's granddaughter Riley. This is one of the photos I took of her that day.

 Chloe and Grandpa Mike...

This was taken just before we left Casper. Chloe has Autism so she got to go to her Respite while the rest of us went to the Kris' graduation. Chloe loves Grandpa Mike. Can you believe she is just 12 and she is almost as tall as Mike! They are both full of smiles! I used one of Chelle's Creations new kits called Berry Berry Sweet. This is  one I love as well!!!

Maddie Graduates!

We were excited to share this Graduation celebration with my brother and his family. Maddie is their youngest and she is now getting ready to head for college. She is really a beautiful young lady. I used Chelle's Creations Graduation kit for this but I changed the blue of the kit to a beautiful purple, one of her school colors. I am excited how it turned out!

GENERATIONS

This last May we traveled to Portland to bless Mike's grandson. He was named for Mike's great great grandfather Hans Henry Christian Voss. WOW! It was like the whole Voss family was there! So I created this piece using Chelle's Creations Family Tree kit. I blended several generational photos of the all the grandfathers. It was an exciting piece to do! I am really excited how it turned out!

 Kristie Graduates!!!

WOW!! A mother of 5 children, and she found time to go back to school and get a degree in Occupational Therapy. I am really proud of her. She is serving an eight week internship this summer and will serve another this fall.
This was one of Chelle's Creations kits. It is called Graduation!

Guest CT for Chelle's Creations!
I get to be a CT (On a Creative Team) for Chelle's Creations for the months of June and July! I am really excited!!! I will be posting my layouts as I get them done.  I have several done already. Stilts was one of the first!!! I am excited to learn new things and get some scrapping done as well! Here I go!!!

STILTS!

We were in Casper celebrating with Kris. She graduated this May. We took a day to play with the kids. Mike build stilts for Eli and River. They had a good time!

New Babies
I got new kittens last fall. They were so little and fragile and cute and cuddly. Now they are big and cute and cuddly! This was fun to do and remember when the were small not too many months ago. The kit I used was Kristen Aagard's Furry Friends kit. The pictures aren't even in B&W! They are really gray kittens!
Now and Then

One of the challenges was to redo an old layout. I loved doing this with the pictures of the boys when they were children. Love the playfulness of the kit I choose created by Createwings Designs and MLE Designs of Scrap Orchard. This is really fun for me to do!
Vi's Dogs

This was created from a commercial layout. Fun, isn't it! Vi didn't even know I took their pictures. She will be surprised whe give her a print.
DAD

This is one I did of my dad when he was a young man in the Army.It was a fun Layout to do. For this piece I used a kit called Letters From Home created by Chelle's Creations of Scrap Orchard.
Riley
This is our granddaughter. She is quite the photogenic doll! I did the Scrap Orchard's Scrapper's Bowl the last weekend and this was one of ten of the layouts I completed! I loved the results of this one. The photo was great to work with!
