River the Angel?

River is not always the little angel she seems in this picture. As a matter of fact, she usually not an angel but a mischievous little girl. So it is really great to catch her like this. This was a fun way to capture this moment.

Chloe

This is my oldest granddaughter, Chloe.  She is autistic and really loves the BLING. The last time my husband and I went to visit I took this photo of her.  I loved this layout as it seems to capture her spirit. This is also my first try in creating a mask. I wanted a sunburst behind her and I did not have a template of one. So I experimented! I really enjoyed this creative experience!
Paul Klee did some abstract city scapes that inspired this art class I organized for children.  In this class we used tissue paper, puff fabric paints and posterboard.  The kids had a great time and there were some really fun results!

Kids Art Class

This is one of my student's train pieces from the Still Life protion of my Art Masterpiece art classes. At the beginning of each class I wonder if the students art experience will end up good.  They always seem to!  This was a piece done with glue and pastels on black paper. It was a fun class.
Grandma Moyer

This is my most recent Heritage Art Piece. The doily on the frame (and also on the page inside the frame) was made by Grandma Moyer for her granddaughter. Creating this art piece was a wonderful opportunity to share some special memories with my friend. She told me about pieces of her grandmother's life that she remembered. She lived with her grandmother off and on as a child.

MAD HATTER SUMMER ART CAMP

These duck tape hats turned out just awesome! Even my gradson Danyl agreed that is was a fun class and a great project. We used lots of duck(quack!)tape with some pretty wild color combinations. But then, leave it to Duck Tape to bring us such a plethera of colors!!!

GABE

Gabe was baptised last fall.  His dad flew to Denver and did the baptism. It was a great day for this little guy! He was all smiles!
Judy Day has some great LDS Scrap Kits.  This layout was created with her Baptism kit.
